The signing of the agreement between the NCI-National Museum of Archaeology, Anthropology and History of Peru and the National School of Folklore José Maria Arguedas, on August 20, 2003, gave the framework for the start of the activities of the research project scientific experimentation art, which is recorded from archaeological and musicological perspective, the 2000 pieces that make up the collection of pre-Hispanic musical instruments of MNAAHP.
