Video description: Peru folk music: A huayno piece by Cesar Paucar from his CD "De amanecida" (At Dawn's Door) sung by Saywa and using traditional Andes wind instruments. Cesar is also using a Boss RC-50 looper for percussion.

Cesar Paucar is a classically trained Andean guitarist whose musical interests range from classical to flamenco, from Latin to folk. Cesar has just completed a third solo outing, entitled "De Amanecida" (At Dawn's Door) consisting of Peruvian music with the collaboration of several renowned Peruvian artists' such as Julio Tirado, Saywa, Lourdes Carhuaz, and Rose Guzman. Saywa, Victoria of Ayacucho or Victoria Porras Quintanilla, is a prestigious Peruvian singer and composer of traditional Andean music whose works have contributed to the Peruvian culture through music. Saywa's music has many fans abroad, especially in the United States and Europe.
